WINTER WEATHER POLICY As is usually the case with certain times of the year, the weather can be down-right unfriendly! Because none of us can help what the weather is going to do, we have a special winter weather policy: If there is bad weather, and you are unable to attend a performance at the Pines Dinner Theatre, we will gladly transfer your tickets to another performance. It's as simple as that! Just call our box-office and we'll make sure your tickets are transfered to the performance of your choice. No questions, no fees, no problem! While we try to never cancel a performance, we will contact ticket holders individually if the show has been canceled due to severe weather.

FYI If you can't make it to a show, please give us a call and let us know! We are always concerned if someone doesn't make it to the theatre, especially if the weather is at all iffy. We know it's hard to resist, but please resist the urge to reschedule based on the forecast. After all, we know how accurate the weather report is! Have more questions?
